Subscribing to VoxPage1.com means accepting the following:
Due to huge demand,
VoxPage1.com is only taking new customers whose materials are 100%
ready. That means having all texts ready (even though these need not to
be up to date) and a minimum of 10 high quality images to design the
website with.
As of March 2007, and
for new customers, the fee for the service is $19.95/month,
which includes:
a. Web
Site Hosting
b.
Domain registration (if applicable)
c.
One-time graphic design of the Web Site
d.
Information/Media updates (not linked to a database - includes *images,
**audio & video)
e.
Technical support
VoxPage1.com does not
update information that is linked to a database unless VoxPage1.com
consents to do so on specials occasions.
VoxPage1.com will provide guidance during the designing process for this purpose.
Once
both sides agree on the graphic design of the site, updates
include only information change/addition/deletion and technical support
(see table below). It also includes media additions.
It does not include graphic redesign
of the site (first design is included in the monthly fee). The
graphic redesign rate is $30/hour. An estimate will be provided
before the work is done. If the whole site is to be changed the fee is
$400/design.
Translations of the site need to be fully provided by the customer. Each
translation is considered a new design, and redesign fees apply.

If the
site is to be discontinued before the end of the second year* of
the subscription, the remaining fee for the full two-year period will be
due. (*At the end of the second year you
will be billed the same agreed fee for as long as you decide to keep the site
managed by
VoxPage1.com. This 2-year minimum is intended to partially cover
designing expenses.)
VoxPage1.com accepts only electronic submissions of materials. Exceptions
may be made in the case of audio and video materials, and the customer has
to account for postage expenses. In addition, the media files need to be
final and ready for upload. If VoxPage1.com is to modify any of these
files the $30/hour fee applies.
If the singer
requests an email address @yourdomain.com,
VoxPage1.com is not responsible for loss of data in the email account.
We recommend that the
singer stores locally the messages and address books in
his/her computer, via Outlook or similar.
Because Internet servers can be temporarily disconnected for technical
reasons, VoxPage1.com cannot be held responsible for temporary down time
if it does not exceed seven (7) consecutive days. No worries, it has never
happened.
VoxPage1.com works with domains it owns or with domains owned by its
customers. VoxPage1.com will not handle domains owned by third parties.
VoxPage1.com makes regular security backups of all the
information on its sites. In case of information loss, VoxPage1.com
cannot be held responsible unless the content recovered is older than
thirty-one (31)
days. |
